I'm excited about it. The reboot trilogy has been great. Rise was low-key the best film to come out that year.
That's a lot of apes. And then we got the liveaction TV series and the cartoon.
never seen one. Series always seemed goofy to meFirst one is a classic. The sequels are eh. The reboot films since 2011 have all been great. It's smarter sci-fi/adventure than you would think.
People still watch those movies?Fuck yeah. Im stoked for the new one, but Ill definitely miss Andy Serkis.
The one with Mark Wahlberg is the best Planet of the Apes movie.
This new one has a new director behind it, so I'm lowering my expectations as I don't think it will be as good as the last two, but I'll still give it a chance. Cautiously optimistic for sure, as I love the visual style of the reboot series a lot. He's directing the Zelda movie
He's directing the Zelda movieYeah I do remember reading about that. His track record so far is The Maze Runner trilogy, which makes me feel very ehhh on how hell do with both this new Apes movie and now Zelda.
Ive somehow never seen the 2nd or 3rd in the reboot series even though I loved Rise so much that I saw it like four times in theaters lol
Still one of my favorite theater experiences was whenCaesar yelled NO. Whole theater was chuckling at the line right before it and then went completely silent in shock.
