That is good. I started with just a heavy bag, I don't have much now, but I can get full work outs in. I am doing cardio and getting tone. You can do with what you have. Every little step is a going forward.

Sorry I don't do any neck exercises, I besides shrugs and that is really more for your shoulders . There are these things that you can put on your head and it had hooks on it , but I never tried it personally.
