If they just cut to the chase they are good
All videos have to be exactly 10 minutes long, whether you have 3 minutes of content or 30. You can cut longer vids into parts, but short tips and guides need to be padded.

It did quickly confirm the original question pretty clearly. If this is the process they follow for all users who lose access to CE we should be good with this.Oh we tried that, but the bad faith user we left in decided to keep breaking the rules, so we are not doing that any longer.

The internet archive is a thing. They accidentally lost a bunch of guides when they did a server migration 10+ years ago. That's the only way to read them now.

When I went to remove my contributions, I first asked for them to be anonymised. Then I requested deletion. The feedback was "we couldn't anonymise these, so they were deleted".
