Dat feel when you accidentally take a nap

Fuck!!!!

I hate it when I take a nap in the afternoon, I wake up some time later around sunset. I thought I slept though the night and thinking Im late for work.

I have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea but have not been able to treat it because of stupid insurance stuff.

I end up falling asleep almost everyday after work, most the time not waking up until 8 or 9, which means I don't got time to make a decent meal or go exercise. Before I got back to sleep at 10

It's been this way for months and I absolutely hate it

I physically cant take daytime naps unless I take a Benadryl or I am hungover af
