I've had the worst sinus headache for like two weeks

Was a full blown sinus infection for about a week where I was blowing an ungodly amount of thick yellow snot out of my nose every half hour for days, now it's just the headache part of it. No meds are helping anymore T_T

Do you have those antibiotic nasal spray? these saved me several times. During hay fever season I'd get yearly sinus infections. Feels like someone is sticking a sharp pencil up your nose. Breathing steam helped me a lot too.

went to urgent care to see if they could do anything for me since I have a <2 week old and they basically said to wait it out, and take 3 ibuprofen for a headache. They prescribed me antibiotics but said only to take them if I get a fever

Immediately stop sleeping with your head under blankets (worked for me)
