Sometimes I do. I'll even look forward to it the previous day. Other times I feel miserable and just push myself through it. Still, even after a miserable time, I feel good that I still did it.
Working out has made me overall feel better and I don't get tired near as much either.

I do it because I should. Not because I want to (some vegetables fuck but it's a metaphor). As valuable as I feel intrinsically from it, I hate doing it so fucking much.
Whoever said exercise releases endorphins that make you feel better was a fucking liar it sucks ass.
