It's absolutely an isekai harem. Every girl is centered around Subaru. He has crazy plot armor, there's no reason for anyone to like him, he's a moron and yet is never punished for it, and he's got deus ex machina on top of itself.
Yeah, it's half the tropes because it doesn't have the system menu. That doesn't make it reasonably different from Is It Alright to Pick Up Girls in the Dungeon?
