And how many of them have steam? Based on this a lot of the countries listed above dont seem to be active on steam.The black regions are the only ones that don't have any access to Steam at all, and you can see that there's only a handful of them.

Maybe in the long game of like, an early 2010s game then when UPlay came around requiring an account (at least if you're connected to the internet), that happened but to give players an active option to skip then forcing the issue is shitty

They get better and more efficient ways to report cheaters and griefers which was the intent. Which currently does not exist at all.
