Bomberman 64 is up to Konami, Snowboard Kids is up to Atlus, and even Donkey Kong 64 requires Microsoft to sign off. Smash Bros. is the only one of those that Nintendo has full control of.

tbf, there is no reason to have Smash 64 on Switch when people across the country are still playing it on its original console and online. Other than exposure I guess.
