America tried to do a Eurovision. It was called American Song Contest. But it only happened once and then got canceled. I actually watched it. But it probably wasn't as grand as Eurovision. Basically instead of countries, they had every state, plus all US territories submit a song. I can't even remember who won
I actually watched it and it felt a bit underwhelming, yeah. Not interesting songs enough on the whole as well.

Also, it fucking sucks the EBU censored their makeup.
The number itself is absolutely insanely well staged. I love the heavy final part of the song as well. And Yeah about the censorship.
