I'm jacked compared to the average person which is awesome, but the actual activity of working out sucks. I'm only in it for the attention it brings my way
I don't believe in belts. There should be no ranking system for toughness.

It sucks a lot at first...and it continues sucking afterwards but it's a little easier. I'd think the results are more than worth it though. I want to get rid of my excess body fat but I'm not interested in building muscle too much, so it won't be that hard for me I think.

It's only bad at first, and then you get used to it and feel 10 years younger.

I have an on and off cycle with it. I like it and don't like it at the same time or infrequently
Above all things, never be afraid. The enemy who forces you to retreat is himself afraid of you at that very moment.

I enjoyed running but found lifting unbelievably boring. That and I'm not young young anymore. Working out/strengthening my core could help with my constant back pain, but I have zero energy to test that.

At no point in working out have I ever lost my belly. All I did was convert a little fat elsewhere to muscle.z
I like it when Im actually doing it. Motivating myself to actually begin a workout has always been the challenge for me, and its much harder now that I dont compete.
The key is variety. Repetitive workouts will always get boring eventually.

Yeah it is an absolute chore to exercise, I don't know how others can trick themselves into enjoying it

You're weird.

You can change things up, go to different stations, pick a different set of reps, work a new muscle group... it's a dynamic situation.

Cardio is boring. As fuck.

I enjoy my hikes. And I enjoy filling my exorcise rings in my phone.

I gotta start up doing something other than cardio, but right now Im chill with just that.

Today I took 20,584 steps and climbed 62 flights

I'm the exact opposite. Running in a tread mill or trails around my house are boring. It's hard to make meaningful progress in running and weight lifting though.

For weight lifting, you have to eat more than you normally to get results.. Stalling is boring. But just the mindset of getting more reps or increasing the strength is awesome.
Less is more. Everything you want, isn't everything you need.

Mostly through changing your diet.

He's all alone through the day and night.
you get used to it after a while...
Cardio is fun if you like hiking and sight seeing. When you're exploring around parks and trails, it's not longer cardio, it's exploring.
Don't like it? Don't watch it. It's that simple

Climbing is fun. But I dont think I could stick to like treadmills and weights cause that is boring.
