How am I supposed to lose my belly?!?!At no point in working out have I ever lost my belly. All I did was convert a little fat elsewhere to muscle.z
I enjoyed running but found lifting unbelievably boring. That and I'm not young young anymore. Working out/strengthening my core could help with my constant back pain, but I have zero energy to test that.

It's hard to make meaningful progress in running and weight lifting though.
