TransEvents: Let's talk about our pre-transistion internet presence

So I've been out as trans-femme for like..two years now (on HRT for seven months), and like I've got a pretty developed sense of self I think.

I just logged into my 15 year old Tumblr that I was very active on until like 2016 and y'all, boy me tried so hard to make everyone think he was manly. The amount of posts I'd make about neo-traditional tattoos, or woodworking, or pictures with my shitty beard with a bad domestic beer just in frame, or just like...pictures of old fucking barns or forests.

I know we're all cringe as fuck in our early 20s but I was absolutely just dialing in on every mid-00s hipster dude stereotype.

guess I had to make up for my like 12 female WoW characters lol

I've talked about it on LUE a lot but me talking about music on LUE was genuinely just me being autistic and trying to share things I liked that I thought LUEsers would also like.

Actually I listened to some of the stuff you posted, and it wasn't all bad. The vinyl obsession though was straight hipster.

Pre-transition me was practically Gaiaonline, BYOND, and a now-dead Japanese Music site.

Still loved all of those years.
