I see what you are saying, but I think in some cases that would also be modded. If moddable content was quoted directly from an article or something he said and someone marked it, it would probably get modded.
I've had at least one message deleted for quoting a modded message, but the note specified that it was administrative and wouldn't be considered an actual moderation.
That strikes me as fairly reasonable, we don't need his shit posted here but people posting it shouldn't be nailed for it unless they're actually spreading the message.
