I hate scary jump scares lol, one of da reasons i haven't watched Da Last of Us cause i know it has scary monsters even doe it looks like a good show ;(

Its weird doe, i had no problem watching da walking dead, and it had scary jump scares and messed up looking zombies

No jump scares. Its actually a very chill show given the subject matter. Thats why I love it
More to do with the humidity than heat

No. I also don't recall TLoU show having many jump scares.

No, its tone is very much like the games, and it doesn't ever have any parts like the Dunwich building in Fallout 3.

No jump scares but Episode 6, The Trap does show a brief scene that could have come right out a Saw movie.
