I dont think I would want them to. You can show far more expression on animated faces than actors could manage. If we got a Neo style whoa for Mamis last Witch, Id cancel my Netflixwait, already did.

yeah, some things are just better off animated. even if you had avatar levels of budget and skilled CG designers, it's just not going to look as good as something drawn or at least 2D. i cant imagine how cringe the gun-fu scene from Rebellion would look in live action

as others have said somethings are better in animation

also finding a young teen actress who call pull of homuras break down would be very hard

Thats another good point. Trying to do live action Witch realms would be incredibly disappointing.

I'm not convinced you really can do it live while still keeping the look and feel of the anime. In particular, I think it's impossible to do the Witches justice in live action.
