Like I said, I want everybody in the industry to be successful with this tech, the more breakthroughs the better and I don't give a fuck if Elon is involved or not if it means people can get life changing tech. Imagine a prosthetic hand that functions like an actual hand, that's the potential future of this kind of tech and I welcome it.

The "more breakthroughs the better" is great! In vacuum. You aren't considering downsides. Like, you care about the amount of people that could be helped, correct? Are you okay with only a fraction of those getting help as long as breakthrough pace is optimal?
