He was speeding and blew past a stop sign, just before he killed the woman. He is trying to say he should be allowed to escape all consequences just because he is a Federal agent
Fuck that, throw that fucker into prison.

Tired of LEO thinking they can just kill civilians with impunity.

Well, I'm really tired of our legal system mostly proving them right. We need to take it the opposite direction.

1) I'm terrified of the precedent "federal worker can only be tried in federal court" sets in light of another federal "employee" who wants his state criminal charges moved to federal court.

2) I'm also deeply tired of isle arguing what LEOs find "reasonable" in the execution (pun intended) of their duties, because it never seems actually reasonable .

Fuck this guy. Throw the book on him. Law enforcement can blow throw a stop sign when theyre blaring the sirens in order to rush somewhere as part of their job and only then. No one should be above the law.

he should be convicted more harshly, if anything.

if you're hurting/killing people when you should be upholding the law, that should be life or death penalty.

This is my take.

Immunity? How about you face double the scrutiny and double the punishment instead? The last thing these people need is immunity.
