They mean Switch or Switch 2 ports of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess.

Also, there is a Wii U HD version of Twilight Princess.

Man, if this happens to come to pass god damn I cannot imagine the rage from all those people who opted to get switch versions of games from places like limited run games or strictly limited. That and all the indie support with switch versions tending to sell really well in general. (The idea being that whatever nintendo's successor is would no doubt be BC with how succesful the switch was....

.....which imo nintendo never was all that trustworthy when it comes to supporting BC and is usually a toss-up. There has been those times when nintendo was good for it, but also those times when nintendo is all like lul now buy super metroid for the 3rd time. You just never know, lol).

yea, it had remasters for: The Last of Us Part II, Uncharted 4, and Uncharted Lost Legacy.

it also had "enhanced" versions for Death Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima.

Oooh like that, but is the PS5 not able to play the PS4 versions of those games? If it can still play the originals then that doesn't come off as skeevy.

Maybe Switch 2 will do something similar. You get BC to play Switch games but Nintendo still does enhanced rereleases too.
