Depends on the site, but most of them reset every 24 hours.
I'm using the site that was linked to early on in this topic; I didn't know there were others.
Guess I won't task the AI image creator with anything until next morning. However, I have a few good results that I've not yet shared here, though they will be repeats of the themes and prompts I already have.
