There are restrictions to try and keep you from intentionally making horny images in Bing.

However since the AI is just taking in everything people post on the internet and deriving it from that, and horniness is so prevalent, it will often just make the images horny.

For example anything involving Elsa at the beach has a good chance of coming out horny.

Yeah, to get Elsa in other clothes than her dress, you have to describe all the clothing she wears. And be very specific.
I wrote that she's wearing an aviator cap, glasses and a jacket. So the AI kept her dress because I suppose I did not describe what she was wearing under the jacket or on her lower body.

But other times, it takes very little to change her outfit. For the Elsa as a film noir character, I wrote that she's a "hard-boiled detective" and this is how it turned out.
