Not at all. I'm a fan and defender of English dubs, but I still watch plenty of subbed anime just fine. It depends on the show and the situation.

LiveChart says that Amazon Prime has it, but when I click the link, it says "This video is currently unavailable to watch in your location" on the Amazon page for it. If that's the case, I guess there currently isn't any legal streaming option for it, so you'll have to use "other means" to find it.
