I have been enjoying the show, but I don't think I would enjoy a game adaptation.

I play Etrian Odyssey so I'm for an adaptation long as it has combat/classss not too far in quality from that and they handle the food system solidly.

And of course a good bestiary.

I had started and stopped it on episode 2 twice but this past weekend I went through all of what's on Netflix

It's become one of my favorite anime even though it's not done yet, same thing happened with Frieren. Also a great dub, I thought Emily Rudd (Marcille's VA) started out rough in the first episode but it's actually kinda perfect for that character

Also ordered the artbook for it today

If you described the show to me, I would have laughed if you told me it would rapidly become one of my favorites. It's so good.

I think there's a really, really good game potential in here (it's screaming roguelike to me), though I have little faith it could be realized. It'll end up being an idle gacha, but even that could be super satisfying if they can pull it off without over monetizing it.
