Nope
Not at all. Science explains everything (whether we have figure that out/interpreted it correctly yet) and I have no psychological need for there to be an afterlife and/or a creator
where did everything come from Mr. Science Man
Science explains everything ( whether we have figure that out/interpreted it correctly yet )
yes, but I also think God as a whole is something beyond human comprehension, or at least beyond our current comprehension.
where did everything come from Mr. Science ManAlways been here.
Always been here.
Science explains everything (whether we have figure that out/interpreted it correctly yet)
Well if god always been thereHe exist and doesn't exist. Get it? We attribute something explainable to us to the unexplainable. The idea of a creator is a warm blanket to comfort us in a cold universe. We live, have children, we die. Nothing more to it.
the universe always been there like god is the universe
where did god come fromHumans made him up when they were too uninformed about how science works
In the sense of the Judeo-Christian God I highly doubt it.
I'm not going to try to profess definitively that I know the nature of reality, though. That's something we're still learning. Science isn't a doctrine, it's a process.
A "god"? Maybe, but very doubtful.
Any of the gods of human religions? No.
I mean the whole concept is silly even without that.
God: Y'all are fucked up. I'm going to send a portion of myself to Earth as flesh and blood and sacrifice myself because of the arbitrary and weird rules I set up. LOOK AT WHAT YOU MADE ME DO!
