It says he stopped when yelled at, rolled down his window, and then the cop reached into the car, opened the door, and quickly apprehended Scheffler and tossed him into a cop car to go off to jail.

I was following it this morning and it seemed dumb.

Im sure the PGA also got involved and had the mayor or whatever politician make a call.

You know that guy you just detained Hes the worlds number 1 and we need him on the course. There is no way your office will look competent if you dont get him back in play. Do you have any idea how much this event it worth to our community.

Sounds like he did.

Article makes it sound like the area was super busy and the guy was probably a little confused about what he needed to be doing, especially since cop hand signals can be absolute confusing garbage.
