Haters can hate all they want. But for me it's an awesome universal condiment. Just had a chicken salad sandwich. It had just the right amount of mayo to make it awesome..

I like it but god damn do you post Mayo topics a lot between this and your alt.

As stated in previous topics making homemade Mayo is incredibly easy and if you aren't making your own you are doing it wrong. It is so superior to any national store brand like Hellman's or Duke's.

Just need some proper oil, eggs, vinegar/lemon juice, mustard and salt. It'll keep a couple weeks and you can make it in small batches. Takes very little time to make.

I used to think I hated mayo but I learned that I just had never had really good mayo.

Ketchup is an underrated condiment. It can be so good mixed in sauces and stuff.

I like Real Mayo, but that said, recently I've been making sandwich sauce with Greek Yogurt instead of Mayo and its just awesome.
