For anyone too lazy to look at the video, basically remember that one Sonic CD Anime opening? Imagine a 3D Sonic game that is built around the concept and movement of Sonic in that intro. Its fast but very momentum based, and Sonic can parkour and bounce off of anything like he could in the Anime intro.
