As long as nukes are involved i doubt we will ever truly see any full scale warfare

Also with how badly Russia is doing in Ukraine does it really look like they would be itching to start a war with probably the most powerful military on the planet

While that's true, it's one of the few branches of the Russian military Putin didn't hand off to his mafia chums to exploit.

Not saying they're in tip-top shape, but I wouldn't necessarily bet on Russian nuke maintenance being the clown show that is their surface Navy.

That would mean the end of the world, which no one really wants. Even Putin doesnt want that.

Thing is the Russian people in general dont really dislike Americans. Its purely a conflict of leadership.

Anyways, considering that the only thing holding Russia up in it's current war is US legislation that keeps American weapons from being used in Russia, it's pretty obvious America would trounce them.

No chance-- Russia can't even beat Ukraine, they've got massive demographic & economic issues, the country is more likely to fall apart than attack the US.
