SO...Netanyahu really is in the point where the movie/ anime bad guy mistrusts everyone and does something really horrible...he really has to be removed from power before he burns everything around him.

This is always the issue with the ME that makes me realise how fucked up the whole situation is on a global level. If we pull out, Russia / China will be more than happy to step in. While there are a lot of excellent examples of shitty things that have happened under the reasoning of our interests do people think things would be better if we werent involved and Russia / China influence was greater? What a shitty situation. Thats not to suggest we shouldnt be using our influence better than we have. That should be obvious for all to see.

Unless he simply refuses to allow himself to be held accountable. If the military backs him seizing power permanently then who is going to do anything to him? Laws and norms don't enforce themselves by merit of simply existing.

They have elections in the next year or so. Israel has a lot to be criticised for but I dont even think theyd fall to that standard.

I said he'd turn on the US if we stopped being so friendly with him. Netanyahu is going to continue his reign of terror no matter who allies with him.
