He had his frustrations, he called some boss fights bullshit, but he did it boys. He made LttP his bitch. Now I think I'll insist he goes back to the NES ones and beat those.

You told your son to use fairies instead of potions when they only heal like 7 hearts?

Bro
Yep. That's how we did it back in the day. Plus an instant revive is better than having healing potions and not being able to trigger it before dying.

Right? After you learn the game you pretty much keep fairies in there just in case but end up never needing them.

That's really cool. A friend of mine's son is also really into Zelda but then again so is she so it makes sense ^--^

Have him try the first two, but if it's too much, suggest moving on and coming back to them later.

Zelda 2 was my second Zelda game played. but probably my 5th or 6th beaten. It's a favorite of mine now.

Oh wow, you came into a thread and made a comment that didn't further the conversation, instead of just moving along if you didn't give a shit like a normal human being would do. How brave of you. We're all sooooo impressed. /S

Well apparently I didn't have to throw down the challenge. He took it upon himself to get started with 1. Since school is almost out he'll have time to figure it out.
