It was always bizarre to me that they actually decided to run this, not only because they're clearly racist fake names, but also, when do the pilots' names ever get reported after a crash like that? I can't think of any instances of it happening.
I guess maybe you could make an argument for the Tenerife disaster, since the KLM captain was their chief flight instructor and they were trying to call him before they realized that he had been involved, but that feels like a pretty extreme edge case.
