I mean a modded out Wii could help with any game pre-PS1 era outside some arcade games and PC games. So basically gaming from 1972-1994 would mainly be covered.
Nintendo 64 had plenty of amazing exclusives. Gamecube as well plus major third part support. A lot of PS1 exclusives such as Square games have been ported/remastered on available Nintendo platforms. Hell, eventually the PS2 GTA games made it to Switch.
The Wii/PS3/x360 generation is really when a huge gap would start to form. Also when PC gaming was making tons of strides. Still, the amount of Wii games is insane and is a huge hidden gem console. Wii U had amazing first party games, but overall very limited.
All this and handgeld gaming hasn't even been mentioned. Practically from 1989 to 2008 or so Nintendo dominated and form of handheld gaming so that's a huge catalog. Mobile gaming started its own ecosystem so all that would be gone.
Then up to modern times the Switch has been an amazing factory of some of the best first party exclusives. Plus, it has practically most major retro indie games that have become big. But the disparity between PS4/PS5, XBO/XSX, and modern PX gaming is now just so huge to ignore.
Oh and to top it off making this deal would totally cut off VR gaming and I'm huge into VR.
The only way this could be slightly tempting is if a Switch 2 came out equal with PS5. Had major AAA support like actually having GTAVI. Many 8th and 9th gen ports made it. Oh and it switched to a VR mode with tons of VR ports coming in future.
So yeah, no deal and I'm a HUGE Nintendo fan.
