I'm on episode 8 and as a Terminator superfan I'll just say it's meh. The story is fun and enjoyable. The action is cool but makes no sense at times. Humans physically going toe to toe with terminators is just dumb.

Trying is the first step towards failure, so just dont give it a shot and you cant dissapoint.

It's solid fun. But the canon is fucked anyway due to all the movies and such, Sarah Connor Chronicles too. Just got to take it for what it is and not try to connect everything.

And Sarah Connor Chronicles deserved a third season, show was amazing for what it was. Summer Glau deserved more then for it to be her last real role before retirement.

I'm on the last episode. I fell asleep during the second half of the 7th ep so i have to rewatch that. It's a well made show for the most part but the characters are just really boring imo. The child characters are all over the place tonally. Like two of them are basically adults and I feel like that pulls away from the tension in their scenes.

It's really nice to look at tho and the overarching story has some fun bits.

Finished it. I'd say it's a solid 6/10. Don't regret watching it because the visuals were fantastic but the characters were really bland and the Terminator didn't really feel like a Terminator. Also the last 1/3 of the final episode was pretty bad.
