The teacher will likely not have any action taken against them while the student will either be forced out of school due to harassment or suspended because this is the world America decided it wanted/ Democrats stayed home while Republicans despite allll that pandering Democrats did immediately went and pulled for Trump even if they swore up and down they believed in democracy they still pulled it for Trump because hey, who needs democracy when you think because you aren't the target of Trump's wrath you'll be fine?
