Based on the black Rayquaza from the Pokemon Horizons anime. It's only a 5-star raid so it's fairly solo-able if you have a good Fairy-type Pokemon built for raids like Azumarill or Sylveon. You can do the raid as many times as you want for extra rewards, but you can only catch the Rayquaza once per save file. There's also a bunch of 5-star Blissey raids as well, for easy Exp candies.

EDIT: Only one Rayquaza raid will spawn in your game per day, but if you really want to farm them (apparently they're great for herba mystica) then fiddling with your system clock does work. Just go to your system settings without exiting your game, open the option to change your clock, set the clock one minute backwards, and that will refresh your current outbreaks and raid dens.

I was able to do it with Annihilape, even though it's weak to Flying.
currently waiting for my turn in Master Duel.

I beat mine with Sylveon, but Azumarill is also a really good one to use. Just watch out for Hurricane possibly confusing your Pokemon, or give Sylveon the Covert Cloak to dodge that extra effect since it can heal itself with Draining Kiss.

all that matters is taking down that raid in any way possible.

because annihilape is fucking awesome.

I did it with my buddy. He ran Azumarill and I ran a support Mew.

It was easy enough.

I wish I could do the raids on those games but I think I jumped in too late.

I luckily have a few Shiny Rayquaza on Pokemon GO and moved one to Home earlier this year.

Too late? You do need to beat the game to play 5 star raids on your own, but you can join others via online invite, like on this board.

5 star raids are nowhere near as tough as the black 6 and 7 star raids. The former are level 75 pokemon vs the latter being 90s-100 and with better IVs (100 are perfect IVs). The latter has shields up pretty early and have these Pokemon do two moves in the same turn.

This shouldn't be that hard since it's only 5-Star right?

Might just rock up with Zacian and see if that's fine...

Edit: Not bad... Half my team was useless but my Zacian and some Clefable definitely took care of it... The Koraidon and the Flutter Mane were weirdly no help

If anyone has a Flutter Mane (which was good for a lot of previous highlighted raids), it works well here too. As Ghost/Fairy, it's immune to both Dragon (Dragon Ascent, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor) and Normal (Extreme Speed) and its high SpDef will make it pretty resistant against Hurricane as well. Earthquake (potentially buffed by Dragon Dances) will be pretty much the only way it can hurt you, until you go tera.

ah, I was unaware of how the raids worked. I thought this would be those raids where you need to be lvl 100 or something. Sadly, by the time I knew about all of this, it felt like I was too late to jump in.

Good catch on Dragon Ascent's typing, I got bamboozled there because I saw the move used but didn't take any damage from it. Turns out the move just targeted someone else. Raids in this game are so wonky with what gets displayed and what doesn't, sometimes.
