This was an entertaining game. Felt like PSU gave it away more than ND won it but good game anyway. Allar will probably get death threats with this performance. Franklin will get destroyed online and deservedly so for not staying with the dominant run game. The guy slipping and giving up the late tying TD. Ouch.

The funniest thing about Penn State not completing a single pass to a WR last night is that one of them accounted for -3 yards on that series of laterals, so their actual final stat line was 0 receptions, -3 receiving yards, 0 TDs.

I can't help but feel like Texas while being a good team is a little bit of fools gold. They compiled their record by beating up the bottom of the SEC shit teams like Miss State, Kentucky, Vandy, Oklahoma and Arkansas along with a couple out of conference cupcakes, and a mediocre Michigan team that yes, beat OSU.

Out of the entire top half of the SEC they only played A&M who had 5 losses and they beat by 10 and then Georgia twice who they lost to twice. They missed everyone else.

I hope this is a good game and if the OSU that played Michigan shows up it could be but they seem to be on a mission right now. Texas has a ton of talent though and I know they are good. I'm just not sure if they are championship elite.

Guess we will see.

If Ryan day would have played aggressively through the air he beats Michigan handily and it's not even close. He tried to beat them at their own game and failed miserably. I don't see him doing that against Texas.

Halftime. Solid game. Texas looked on their heels in the 1st quarter but were able to hold it to 7-0 and avoid a couple of disaster fumbles. The way they responded in the 2nd quarter defensively really was pretty good and with their late score had me thinking 7-7 tie at the half with momentum leaning towards Texas.

Then the screen play happened and bam back to 14-7. Still anyone's game and has thus far been a better game than I expected.
