Awful play calling too

That was a good game. OSU just won the national title on that goal line stand. That deep toss stretch play was moronic playcalling.

Should've been defensive holding on the 3rd down play, but Texas didn't deserve it anyway with that idiotic playcalling.

I can't imagine Notre Dame being so soft as to have 1st and goal and manage to not score.

the fact that he choked hard again in '24 tells me it wasn't just the cheating that lead to scUM winning four times in a row. the game definitely gets inside his head and he buckles to the pressure. but with how much he turned the team around since that loss, i wonder if it was a blessing in disguise.

But it wouldnt be in his head if it wasnt for the cheating. He was going to get Harbaugh fired in 2020 if they didnt fake an covid outbreak. And to be fair, it wouldnt surprise me if they still were cheating. The university has a history of cheating and cover ups.

Wonder where Ewers is going to transfer to considering Miami isn't an option with Beck beating him there.

Doubt it'll be another SEC team and I can't see him wanting to transfer back into the B1G. Maybe Deion will take him at Colorado >_>

^he mentioned before before the game that he doesn't expect to play college ball next year, indicating that he's leaning towards entering the NFL Draft

I don't know if that's PR because he knows he's done at Texas regardless, but he'd make a bit more money as like a 4th rd rookie (he's not going Day 1 or 2) than he would if he transferred to another Power 5 school, so he might as well give the draft a shot.

Depends on how desperate a team is for a QB.

Watching the games with no commercials is still kinda jarring, lol. It just goes to a camera that is zoomed all the way out so you see the teams huddled together and people just milling around on the sidelines.

I have been to multiple college football games at the University of Texas, but its still not the same. On TV its just silence. They have music and certain crowd events going on during Texas Longhorns games when there isnt anything happening on the field.

Its really cool for night games because theres a part where they tell everyone to turn the flashlights on their phones on and wave them around and it creates a great visual experience.
