Just went through a criminal trial as a juror

The crime details would be insta-mod, but the defendant received multiple life sentences. The prosecution said that we as jurors are forever changed from the experience (which is true) and the court offered counseling services.

can you say what it was about in a general sense; like, what they were charged for, and were found guilty of doing?

So, serial molester?

I'm calling in on Friday to see if I've got jury duty next week. Hopefully I don't cause it's a real pain carrying that much oxygen around.

Oh, hell. I just got a jury summons the other day and I sure as hell hope I dont have to sit through such a case if they happen to pick me for the jury.

I always deferred jury duty and now Ill never have to do it. Im okay with that.

i got a jury summons once. just told them i'm a man of faith and i believe that it's only up to god to place judgement on others. they basically kicked me out right after lol.

i didn't want to do it anyways. and ultimately i wouldn't have had to because the dude decided to take a plea deal or something. at least that's what i've heard, and the trial never actually happened.

i know a few others in town who were also summoned for that same trial. i don't know what the defendant did but it must be something pretty bad if everybody and their dogs were getting interviewed for jury duty.
