Oliver's advanced aging and the fact that he remembers literally everything as a half Thraxan makes the Kid Omniman moniker disturbingly on the money regarding his callous attitude so far, we shall see where this goes.
Mark's really been a close minded hypocrite.
Cecil is right in that the big picture needs to be thought of, especially considering how they would have been completely screwed if the Reanimen and Darkwing II didn't come in to fight Doc Seismic, but at the same time you kinda feel where Mark is coming from, Cecil lodging a killswitch in his ear and
instantly
hiring the dude who physically and psychologically fucked up his best friend's boyfriend is beyond fucked. It wasn't even like how Cecil spent several months in prison before he got hired to be the new GDA Director, Sinclair got "arrested" and then Cecil immediately put him to work, dude was still recovering from his injuries against Mark when the first batch of GDA Reanimen was sent after Omni Man.
His and Eve's relationship still feel awkward, like it seemed so sudden. They were built up well in the previous seasons but it still seems rushed? They were definitely close but Mark didn't seem exactly in-love to the degree he said he was.
I think this has to do with the fact that the relationship shit was kinda haphazard in general in the previous two seasons, where if I recall correctly, Amber in the comics breaks up with Mark after he returns home from the Thraxan Homeworld realizing that they just live in completely different worlds, so there's more time for Mark and Eve to be a thing before the current point in the show.
