Sam Raimi's direction was the highlight of that movie. Everything else felt so chopped up and like it went through multiple rewrites and reshoots, but Raimi did his thing and it was great for that.
If anything, they should've leaned further into the horror angle.
I was partial to how Thor rode Stormbringer into battle like it was a wizards broom.
Frankly the whole dynamic of using another [stupid] charactor telling the story as a way to interject obvious inaccuracies for comedic effect is something I can get behind.
