Sounds like it's scraping public profiles to try and establish a link between somebody's "professional" email or username with their pseudonyms. It's like what Internet detectives do when they're trying to find out somebody cheats in a video game via an alt account.

We've had numerous chuds claim to have filed reports with the fcc cause they've been banned for chudery. I wonder if the feds actually took note of those reports and chose to monitor us because of them?
