Might I propose this as the anti-trump equivalent to "let's go brandon"?

One could say it's already being used here in Canada in that exact context.

Not a fan of it, as I'm not proudly Canadian. The fact that I'm Canadian is purely down to the chance of having been born here, which is something that I had zero control over.
