We have the first SUPER CHALLENGE of the UFL season by the Battlehawks, and not only is it successful, it directly leads to a touchdown! 24-0 Battlehawks, and this game is pretty much in the books now.

The first 2 games were blowouts (granted 1 of them was a blowout in the opposite direction of what most expected) but we have 2 more games today to wrap up week 1. The Michigan Panthers currently lead the Memphis Showboats 10-0 in the 2nd quarter, and later today the actual defending UFL champion Birmingham Stallions (thank you for the correction earlier) take on the D.C. Defenders.

I'm pretty sure both teams came into this game uncertain and intending to try out 2 QB's. For Michigan, the guy they started led 2 scoring drives and the guy that came in off the bench sucked, but for Memphis, the guy they started sucked but the guy that came in off the bench looked better.

Hell yeah they do. Big win for D.C., and it was a nail-biter too. Memphis won 26-12 earlier, not a nail-biter but also not a total blowout either.
