Just gonna make one cuz it doesn't seem to exist, unless there's some schedule and somebody else reserved it, then this one can close

Heaven Burns Red is having a global Half Anniv teasing a bunch of earlier deployment of buffs and updates as well as the long long awaited Angel Beats collab.

I wonder if I can pull a bunch from the AB collab and also save up for Bride Mari... I don't necessarily need the AB units, I just want them. That is the gacha life indeed

Outside of HBR, I'm playing Pokemon Sleep, Pocket, and YGO Master Duel. I did quit Wizardry Variant: Daphne, but it's cuz I felt like I played it long enough. I still do recommend it despite the bugs and jank, and it seems to be doing decently well from the last time I saw their revenue.

ZZZ burned me real good right before Trigger went away I hit on the 5 star only for it to be Koleda.

I swear I'm haunted by one character in all these games I play.
Koleda, Jianxin (WuWa). HSR has been decent to me lately it must have captured all my luck.

Both Fate Grand Order and Arknights have new events today.

FGO has the Ilyafest, a lottery event that's one of the best events to farm of the year. I've been running low on some resources for a while so I should farm the hell out of it.

Arknights has I Portatori dei Velluti, with a new limited banner, which I'll roll in because getting limiteds after their original banner ends sucks.

Got my time conversion wrong, Lappland in six hours. Oh well I've finally got my body to go to sleep at this time with no aids anyway, didn't really want to disrupt that by pumping it with all the energy pulling lets loose.

Laptop the Unemployed Decadenza came home in only 91 pulls! Love to see it! If I'm destined for a limited shaft it at least won't be with one of my favs! ^_^

Now to see if a miracle wants to happen with my next 90 or so pulls or if I'm going to have to shoot for 300.

:Edit: Can't E1 her for 14 hours because I'm a moron and forgot to farm the chips for E1 looooooool.

I thought it would also involve Isuzu who is probably my favorite character visually because my favorite color is green and all, but to this day I haven't pulled an SS for her at all sadge

I thought she'd have a story relevance here because she specifically has a really... nice hot springs one, but supposedly it's a joke that she keeps getting costumes every time one of her sisters gain an interest in that field. The overly popular magician one that hasn't released here yet was also prompted by Niina

Yay, I should be able to spark her in the last day of free pulls.
I did the socializations for the Ohshina sisters and a little bit of the Muua event that has the 3x bonus recently, they're fun.

Damn I thought people were just down bad for Vulpisfoglia for the obvious reasons (not that I blame em, I like that Arknghts plays more to the stylish outfits side of designs than hornybaiting TBH and she's stylish as hell) but I just raised her to E2 level 60 and wtf is this ASPD wizardry I'm seeing !!!???

First time I'm ever using a Vanguard that does more than just dump DP via skill and I'm impressed.

Meanwhile I think I'm just not getting how to use Lappy yet, used some support ones and haven't really managed to make her work.

It's going to be really weird if I end up using the side banner unit more >_>

Lapptop S3 is a nuke, its mostly used to delete difficult waves. The wolves target the nearest enemy to them instead of the enemy nearest to the blue box(Like Goldenglow's drones do), so deploying Lapptop near the enemies you want her to focus on should work. Also, she generally does more damage than Goldenglow, unless the enemy has a stupid amount of resistance.

I haven't tried her other skills yet.

Gave her a whirl with what you said in mind and yeah, she performed much better, thanks.

Speaking of the other skills I accidentally brought a skill 2 (I think) Laptop support to a fight, wasn't a super tough fight (just a challenge stage from a year 1 event) but seems like it has some good niche use for stationary enemies for sniping across the map as well as decent DPS within range. Niche use I think but still worth remembering she can do it, being able to wipe out the defense beefy boys before they even started advancing was handy (nowhere near as fun as siccing three to four wolves over the map though).

Edit: Sorry, it was skill 1 not 2.

Damn, this one was kinda scary. I turned off the slash resist modifier to pull this off. Because this is basically my secondary team aside from the buffers, and Risa mama isn't even max lvl.

400k is the cutoff for plat trophy (quite literally no function outside to show off via screenshot as there is no friend list in this game) and I cut it really close. Even if I missed it, this was basically my 1st try with this setup so I knew a better setup would've done it

You should've seen the cold brutality of my strats. Was like eh boss' strongest hits are all 1 hit. Just gotta manage my DP breaks and let Risa just recover all of them in 1 go, ez

Inori buffs confirmed. From what I've read, basically she's very good for every content, but elemental teams have a slightly higher cap except light. But she heavily reduces the need to pull for specific units.

So lucky this week. I stop drawing in any gacha when I get 1 rare unit since I seem to have better luck that way instead of dumping all of my recruitment gems/tickets/etc in one go, so this back to back double draw actually occurred over the span of 2 consecutive 10-draws

I got Morpeah from today's free daily pull :D

That seems to happen quite often in BD2 compared to other games with daily pulls. For as long as I can remember I've gotten a copy of the banner character from a daily pull.

But on the other hand, I'm laughing my ass off at the idea of the Ave Mujica girls going through all of the drama, suffering, and bullshit they went through in their story only to end up in an even worse situation with even more drama, suffering, and bullshit.

Anyways, while I'm here I may as well provide an update. I dropped Magia Exedra, so I'm back to only playing D4DJ Groovy Mix and Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel. It's been forever since one actually hooked me enough to want to keep playing, to the point where I think I'm just done trying new gacha games.

Tama's occasional simple questions are so funny especially cuz the VA pulls off that deadpan innocence so well. Her VA is a mood for sure. She and Karen's VA do a weekly radio show, and both VAs are pretty funny

The game earned mega bank early on in its life that they can afford to have 2 different weekly shows with the other one being Yuki's VA and Tsukasa's VA doing a bi-weekly new content reveal show and has been doing it nearly since release. The VAs are like actually very into the game themselves.

Ruka and Megumi's VAs are a bit too popular and busy for a weekly stuff but they often show up as guests or during the anniversaries. Ruka VA and Yuki VA are both hardcore shippers of Ruka and Yuki lol

Got Privaty as first core reinforcement today and then got her 2min later from a MQ mold lol

I think it's been 2 full months since I started now

Also, I've love to try Arknights, but I'm too wary of picking up old gachas at this point, too much FOMO already from Brown Dust II and Nikke. I already have 5 gacha games plus Pokemon Pocket so I probably shouldn't pick up another, but they're all on coast mode except Nikke where it'll be a slow grind forever until hard mode is cleared

This whole operation against the Flat Hand looks so rushed, this is for sure going to end badly.

All the extra training they're doing and the fight with Yuki sure isn't helping either.

HBR Episode 2 and probably 3 spoilers I did Kura's bond 3. Seeing how it and her dialogue in the story were feeling like death flags I checked the socialization menu, and of course she has a "clear" tag just like Aoi.

I wouldn't read too much into the Clear flags lmao, like 1/4 of the roster don't have a new convo in Ch 4 p1~2 (there are other types of socializations later on that are more group based for those who are left out)

Well, she did die at the end. Tsukasa mentioning they're all narbies is weird, is the military giving the narbies human form and memories just to use them as soldiers? Why bother giving them personalities then?
