Ketchup mixes well with other condiments. Just ketchup with hot dog though is pretty bland
Ketchup is also great into making certain sauces or as a slight sweetener for Fried Rice and such. Also great on omelets. I used to hate it but ever since companies got sued for putting all sorts of wonk ass sweeteners in there and now it's mostly a tomato vinegar sugar base, I quite like it now.
