Maybe Nintendo should let Monolith take a shot at Star Fox? Was playing around with Hraesvelg's transformation mode in XCX, & realized that if it could fire lasers, this would be a solid foundation for a Star Fox game. Star Fox already has plenty of mechs & stuff, even if Miyamoto supposedly never wanted that kind of thing, so Monolith would be pretty at home. Maybe Monolith can help Star Fox solidify an identity beyond remakes & re-imaginings of the first game. Also, Hraesvelg can be freely flown upside down, which is not something most game flight mechanics allow, & something worth noting.
