The last one made me think about some thing. Each of us had to list how obesity affected our lives, and I never really thought about how obesity has affected me or the people around me, life has just kinda always went on and I've never known anything else. When I started listing my stuff ,theme parks being uncomfortable (hell they're uncomfortable even for regular size grown adults, the knee space is unforgiving), needing extra space on flights for my knees, harder to keep up and general unwillingness to want to go to outdoor hangouts, i realized just how much I'm missing in life and it motivated me even harder to continue on my journey.

Any people here that have lost large amounts of weight and want to share their stories/experiences?
yes
Typical adhd massive gains and losses throughout life. I'm thankful it's never gotten so bad as to affect my skin, but this will have more adverse effects on my health in the slow crawl to middle age, so I'm putting more effort into stability management.
And which of you by worrying can add a single hour to your span of life?

I've mentioned this before, but my Dr has me on some medicine and i dont think I've actually felt my stomach growl ever since i started taking it. But its mandated i eat between 1200-1500 calories(I assume its okay to go slightly over it as long as its not a habit) as part of the 3-4 month program pre-op so sometimes i just find myself snacking. I'm the kind of person that just eats out of boredom, just because the foods there. So it's definitely something i'm working on and getting way better at.

Try getting prescribed some Metformin at the very least, it's supposed to be really good at getting rid of hunger. I'm currently on Amlodipine Besylate, and Losartan Potassium that do the heavy lifting in that regard, with the metformin just added as an insurance card a few days ago.
