I realized, he addressed it to EVERYONE, not just oil companies, to keep oil prices down. So I guess we're all supposed to keep oil prices down? I suppose that also means when they go up he can just pick out anyone and blame them: "I said everyone needs to keep oil prices down but I'm told Gary in Tacoma didn't do his part and now we have high oil prices. Nice going, Gary."
