On my very first attempt I got 14:06, and to be honest I was making some derpy mistakes that run. (I was running this crit element with two offensive guard decorations with my lagiacrus lance. I feel like if I swap this out to guardian/bolt+equip 2 razor sharps then I got this 14:00 A rank dead-line easy).
