Probably shouldn't have cheated to begin with.
wonder how rich the fucker is. in a functional court system he'd have no chance and should be charged double the court costs for even attempting the litigation, but ours isn't functional and if he's rich enough he could bury coldplay under court papers and bills.
Just take the L dude. This dude probably hasn't had to ever own any of his fuck ups.
You were in public, and keeping this going is probably not in your best interest.
You fucked up. Just own it.
I think "no expectation of privacy" means like, obviously you are in public, people will see what you're doing, you will be recorded etc. But I don't think it means "people are allowed to focus specifically on recording you without your consent". Like, recording a street and someone walking on the footpath being recorded is fair game, but zooming in the camera on the person, making them the focal point, the public space isnt the focus of the recording, the individual is. Thats the distinction I have in my mind, I dunno if thats how the courts see it. I would think entering a stadium with an active jumbotron comes with an expected chance of you being presented on the jumbotron so this would be judged separately from the aforementioned regardless.Either way this was a Coldplay concert, with obvious cameras. Even if the kiss cam never happened, they could have shown up in the background of a music video or documentary, and anyone could do anything they want with the footage on social media. Which they agreed to by being at the concert.
I'm against stuff like paparazzi stalking/harassing people in public as well, ultimately I couldn't care less about this specific individual and they got what was coming

Doesnt work like that for the rest of us. Only for him.
Sources close to Byron indicate that he did not consent to being filmed
Maybe he should have kept his dick out of the woman who wasn't his wife, but there I go making rational statements in irrational times again.https://youtu.be/e-aYifMS968?si=B_V7obhtOdPaJKyb
