I would basically find a way to get myself more money (lottery numbers or whatever) and then spend the rest of the time giving a run down of what Lindsay's health condition is and tell myself to use the lottery winnings to make more memories with my late wife. My biggest regret was the fact we couldn't even really take a vacation together since we were both poor students when we met. We did a bit of traveling via car but we didn't like... go to Europe or Mexico for an all inclusive or anything like that.

Even if I couldn't change the outcome of her health, more money = less time we needed to spend on just existing and more chances to make memories together.

Well, most of it wouldn't make sense to anyone but me (and most of it would only make sense when the time was right). But I can at least share this one:

Buy Bitcoin. Doesn't even matter. Spend $100 on it if that's all you can part with. $1000 even better. Honestly, there's no point in going beyond that. Don't sell until it's at least $100k.

i would tell my past self to invest into a utility shopping kart. lose weight before pre-diabetes starts to impact health. maybe prevent some of the bad stuff from happening if my past self could remember the exact day to stop the events.

15 years ago i think i was stuck in the boonies or at the start of where i wasn't (my step grandmother wanted to move to olkahoma and the bank was in the process of repossessing the house).

I would likely just focus on money. Give myself a decent start with a lottery win and tell me to invest in bitcoin while it was still going for pennies back then. That would help me avoid the personal issues that I had. I probably wouldn't even bother with world issues knowledge as there isn't anything that I could personally do about world stuff. Maybe tell me to make sure Donald isn't able to become president.
I wish I had walked in here and you were taking a dump on the couch, or doing homework. Anything would be better than that.
